BESAN (Chickpea flour) is a high fiber food that may reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. Eating high fiber foods like besan normalizes bowel movements and helps maintain bowel integrity and health. Because of its fibers, besan is useful for controlling blood sugar levels and it lowers blood cholesterol levels.

ATTA (Whole wheat flour) is an excellent source of protein, vitamins, fiber and complex carbohydrates. It is also low in fat and cholesterol. In atta, the bran and the germ of the wheat will remain, therefore the health benefits will be impressive! Atta is a very good source of dietary fiber and magnesium.
Research has already proven that wheat is extremely beneficial for healthy living. Wheat considerably lowers the hazards of heart diseases, owing to its comparatively low fat content. It also regulates blood glucose levels in diabetic patients.
